Exchanges, Cancelations and Refunds

Here at PSM, your satisfaction is guaranteed forever. If for some reason you receive a defective product or if you receive a product other than what you ordered, we will gladly accept a return or exchange. If you change your mind about an item or decide that you don't need it, we'll accept those as well minus the cost of shipping. In any case, simply let us know what you need and we'll be happy to make sure you are a satisfied customer.

Returns have to be made within one month of delivery and we can not accept returns for products you have used then changed your mind


  • All items purchased can be returned within one month of delivery for a full refund minus the cost of shipping.
  • If item is defective on arrival you are entitled to a full refund including postage cost or choose to receive a replacement.
  • If you wish to cancel your order immediately, please contact us to receive a cancellation and refund.

Shipping Time


2-3 business days depending on what time you place your order. Shipping times to the Highlands and NI may vary.


Delivery times can vary between 2 and 10 business days. If you need urgent delivery please get in contact to see how quickly we can get your item to you.

Shipping Methods

All our projection screen materials are sent rolled up in secure postal tubes to ensure you receive your material in the best possible condition. Some small MaxiWhite screens also have the option to be sent folded up free of charge, while this is an acceptable option we do advise opting for rolled delivery

Free sample packs are sent via Royal Mail 1st class or Royal Mail International Standard for the UK and internationally respectively.

Shipping Costs

Shipping cost is calculated based on your location and the volume you order. Please use our shipping cost calculator at the shopping cart to see exactly how much it will cost you.


All our items require a signature upon delivery except for sample packs. If the delivery address is vacant the item will not be delivered and will be required to be redelivered or collected from your local depot. If your want to know exactly when your item will arrive either log in and view your tracking number under you dashboard or contact us for a tracking number.
